People Helping People in Need!

The Concerned Family is a non-profit organization devoted to helping homeless an less fortunate families.

Our Mission:
To access the needs of homeless individuals and families, to empower them to be able to live independent and self-sufficient lives.”

The Concerned Family (TCF) believes in the concept that homelessness is not caused by simply the loss of a home, but rather the end result of a series of unmet needs. TCF is reacting proactive to this issue by combining public resources, private resources, finances, affordable housing, need assessment and offering solution to the individuals. We know we can make a difference, as we already have in many peoples lives.
